- Mr. Winkleman is comfortably seated before a computer.
- To Mr. Winkleman's right sits a volunteer monitor.
- The first image of a slide show of works submitted to SUAILAYA via the internet is displayed on the screen.
- The Volunteer monitor flips a make shift hour glass to mark time, ten seconds, once the red sand of the hour glass runs out the monitor waits for Mr. Winkleman to acknowledge he is finished viewing the image.
- The monitor hands Mr. Winkleman the certificate of viewing for the current image, witnesses Mr. Winkleman sign the certificate.
- The monitor signs and dates the certificate then embosses it with the official SUAILAYA seal.
- Mr. Winkleman advances to the next work and the monitor flips the hour glass.
